The kids watch and listen as they move through the poses on their mats. Viviana is patient, fun, and creative as she guides kids through their yoga session. She adds fun little quirks to yoga to make it fun for the kids. They all sat in their circle, cross legged, and put on their yoga goggles — the trick for putting yoga meditation hands up over their eyes. She’s calm, she’s fun, she’s gently assertive — it’s no wonder the kids love her! It’s kinda funny too that the kids — all from the same area in Nocatee, Florida — love Viviana’s daughter, Nyla, so much they ask their parents when she gets to babysit them again. Nyla obviously gets being loved by kids from her mama!
Keeping your balance in yoga poses on solid ground can be tricky enough (and quite the workout!), so taking it to the beach barefoot with no mat is like a whole new level of yoga mastery. Viviana totally nailed it! It even started to drizzle and she rocked it like a boss! Impressive, right?!
In the short time I’ve known Viviana, I learned she’s quite an entrepreneur. She makes yoga fun for kids and changes lives every day with Sprinkles (soft soy wax fragrance sprinkles from Pink Zebra). She made a cute little Louis Vuitton wooden box for gift cards for a friend’s birthday because her friend loves Louis Vuitton handbags! How sweet and thoughtful! She’s creative, funny, honest, and naturally encouraging. It was a blessing to photograph her passion for yoga and teaching! See some of the highlights from our photo session below!
Viviana, you are an inspiration. I’ve only known you a short time and I already feel blessed in so many ways for having met you. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming. Thank you for being you!
